Services Overview

ProStone Ventura Concrete provides professional concrete contractor services in Ventura, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to concrete driveways, patios, slab and foundation work, stamped and decorative concrete, concrete repair and replacement, sidewalks, walkways, flatwork, commercial concrete services, and retaining walls and masonry.

All services are provided subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service estimates and quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all concrete projects. Estimates are based on site inspections and the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on unforeseen conditions discovered during the project, such as poor soil conditions, hidden utilities, or other complications.

All estimates and quotes are provided in good faith and represent our best assessment at the time. We will notify you immediately if we discover any conditions that may affect the price or timeline. You will have the opportunity to approve any changes before we proceed.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit to begin work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Payment is expected upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by California law. If legal action is required to collect payment, you agree to reimburse us for all costs incurred, including reasonable attorney fees.

Project Timeline

We will provide an estimated timeline for your project. While we strive to complete all work on schedule, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

We will keep you informed of any delays and work diligently to complete your project as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in our labor for a period specified in your service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and are subject to their terms and conditions. We will assist you with any warranty claims to the best of our ability.

Property Access and Responsibility

You grant us permission to access your property as needed to complete the work. We will take reasonable care to protect your property during construction. However, concrete work involves heavy equipment and may cause temporary disruption to landscaping or other features.

You are responsible for marking or identifying any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features before we begin work. We are not liable for damage to unmarked or undisclosed utilities or features.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee to cover materials already ordered and scheduling costs.

Once work has begun, cancellation will result in payment for all work completed and materials used up to the point of cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

We carry comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the total amount you paid for our services. This limitation applies to all claims collectively, including but not limited to breach of contract, negligence, and other torts.
